Being a founder and instructor of Urdu IT Academy Kashif is busy setting up the vision of Urdu IT Academy and expanding the UITA platform. Kashif has been involved in consulting and managing multiple technology projects for over 20 years, covering various sectors ranging from Govt, Healthcare (National Health Service, UK), Finance and the Private Sector. Kashif achieved his first certification soon after completing his college and got a place on rostrum in 10th grade to start teaching. He has acquired a range of certification which he feels are not enough. The awards he has achieved include CISSP, TOGAF, CRISC, ISO27001, MCSE, MCSE+I, CCNA, CCDA, CCDP, CEH, CCNP, CCSP, ITIL, JNCIA, JNCIS, SCP, Network audits, security certification. He has successfully led teams of passionate engineers, consultants and successfully implemented agile business models, builds bridges and cultivates confidence; he leads teams in the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies. He delivered multi-million-pound projects and set up technological pillars within the business. He is the proud founder of URDU IT academy and has recently completed his MBA from the University of West London, and currently focused on mentoring young students into the field of technology. He has delivered lectures at various universities globally focusing on careers in Information technology and more importantly into the field of Cybersecurity. Kashif has three sons, so his spare time is taken up as a homework monitor. Kashif's other interest, out of computer research is to play video games with kids, he loves to travel and read books on different topics and is eager to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
